Day 3 – November 14
Arrive early morning at Ladnu and transfer by coach to our tented encampment in Baghsara, where breakfast awaits. The day is dedicated to meaningful work as we conduct the Gift of Sight and Dental Care programs in the village of Bhagsara, including screening eye patients for eligibility for free corrective surgeries—often life-changing for those who have long lacked access to care. The camp opens at 10:00 a.m. and closes by 3:00 p.m., or once all patients have been screened and treated. Overnight at our tented encampment on the outskirts of Bhagsara. In the late afternoon, enjoy a relaxed ride to get to know your horses and the surrounding desert, taking in the peaceful serenity of the dunes as the sun begins to set. Overnight beneath the stars in our tented camp.
Day 4 – November 15
After a hearty breakfast, set out on horseback for Dugastaau, riding through rolling desert dunes and serene landscapes. Pause for lunch beneath the shade of a large Acacia tree, either in the heart of the desert or nestled between the dunes, and enjoy a delicious Indian picnic served on large, colorful kilims. Continue your ride to the campsite, keeping watch for wildlife including chinkaras, black buck, and blue bulls. Overnight at our tented encampment on the outskirts of Dugastaau.

Day 5 – November 16
Begin the day with a visit to a local school in Dugastaau, conducting the paediatric program and distributing educational materials and sporting equipment—small gifts that can inspire curiosity, confidence, and opportunity. After lunch, gift goats to widows, individuals, and families who will benefit from fresh nutrition and the opportunity to generate income by selling cheese at the local market. The evening is yours to relax, enjoy the desert surroundings, and reflect on the day’s experiences. Overnight at our tented encampment on the outskirts of Dugastaau.
Day 6 – November 17
Ride from Dugastaau to Pindhya, crossing varied terrain of sandy dunes, millet fields, and clusters of thatched mud huts. Along the way, you may encounter members of the Rebari tribes as they migrate their livestock north to cooler summer pastures, continuing a centuries-old way of life.
